Moore Construction Services is headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and has operated in the state of Wisconsin for over 15 years. Since its founding, the company has provided construction management, design/build and general contracting services to the commercial, institutional and multi-family sectors.
Before establishing Moore Construction Services, Mr. Moore was employed by J.H. Hassinger Inc. for over two decades. Based in Menomonee Falls, J.H. Hassinger is a full-service general contractor serving the entire southeast area of Wisconsin. Hired as the company vice president in 1985, Mr. Moore maintained his role for 20 years. He then served as the president from 2005 to 2007 before pivoting into entrepreneurship with the founding of Moore Construction Services.
In preparation for his future, Mr. Moore attended the University of Wisconsin in Stout, earning a Bachelor of Science in industrial technology and building construction in 1984. His education was instrumental in shaping his career success and providing him with the fundamentals to excel in the construction industry.
Besides his work-related commitments, Mr. Moore has given back his time as a board member for the Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital Foundation. He has also served on the advisory committee for the construction program at his alma mater, the University of Wisconsin. Moreover, Mr. Moore is active as a member of the Menomonee Falls Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating his commitment to community involvement.
In recognition of his success and contributions to his community, the Menomonee Falls Chamber of Commerce awarded Mr. Moore the Larry Stewart Humanitarian of the Year Award.
After more than 35 years in the field, Mr. Moore plans to gradually step away from his business and hand over the leadership responsibilities of his company to his son, lessening his involvement in the construction company. In the meantime, he will continue to provide him with the necessary mentorship to ensure the future success and stability of Moore Construction Services and all those who are employed by the organization. He also intends to establish a new development arm of the organization, which his daughter will lead. Besides his future goals for his construction business, Mr. Moore is eager to finish building a hobby farm he has worked on for his daughter and son-in-law, which will include homegrown produce and livestock for their personal use.
Reflecting on his remarkable career in the industry, Mr. Moore attributes much of his success to his dedication to continuous learning and self-improvement and his humility in knowing that he never has all the answers. He also notes the successful launch of two business startups in which he is proud to have participated.
