Mr. Jordan has established himself as an expert in management, currently excelling as construction manager at Toll Brothers since 2024. In this capacity, he manages a workload of approximately 18 homes simultaneously, ensuring that home buyers receive all selections made through the design studio. His responsibilities include overseeing trade partners, identifying and resolving issues by assigning the appropriate personnel and providing Spanish translation to assist both clients and team members.
Mr. Jordan’s approach to leadership is deeply informed by his commitment to mental and emotional intelligence. After taking a brief hiatus from work to focus on his mental health, he gained new perspectives that have enhanced his ability to consider the viewpoints of homeowners, managers and trade partners alike. This experience has allowed him to lead effectively through challenging times, particularly as he revisits these principles while completing coursework in authentic leadership during his Master of Business Administration studies.
Prior to his tenure Toll Brothers, Mr. Jordan held the role of construction manager at Tri Pointe Homes, Inc., from 2022 to 2024. During this period, he further developed his expertise in project oversight and client relations within the residential construction sector. From 2020 to 2022, he served as assistant construction manager at Tri Pointe Homes, Inc., where he supported senior management in coordinating construction activities and ensuring project milestones were met.
In addition to his roles in construction management, Mr. Jordan was active as an online instructor at Brigham Young University-Idaho from 2021 to 2022. In this academic position, he taught students from diverse backgrounds, including Africa, Mexico and Guatemala, reflecting his dedication to mentoring future leaders beyond the construction industry.
In 2020, Mr. Jordan was recruited as a land development project manager at Alterra Consulting, where he managed land development projects and coordinated with stakeholders to achieve project objectives. His earlier experience includes working as a teacher’s aide for student employment at Brigham Young University-Idaho from 2019 to 2020, where he provided academic support and contributed to student success.
Mr. Jordan refined his skill set as a project engineer at Magleby Construction in 2019, gaining foundational experience in project planning and execution. From 2016 to 2018, he was the foreman at Merrill Quality Landscaping, overseeing landscaping projects and managing teams in the field. Mr. Jordan began his career as a package handler at United Parcel Service of America, Inc., from 2015 to 2016 and a facility assistant at the Outdoor Resource Center at Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2016, posts in which he was instilled a valuable work ethic.
Throughout his career, Mr. Jordan has demonstrated a commitment to professional development and industry engagement. He contributed as president and vice president of the Architecture and Construction Management Society at Brigham Young University-Idaho from 2019 to 2020.
To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Jordan initially earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management with a focus on commercial and residential construction from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Rexburg, graduating in 2020. He subsequently graduated with a Master of Business Administration in leadership from Southern Utah University in Cedar City in 2025, which has provided him with advanced knowledge in organizational leadership and strategic management. Mr. Jordan has also obtained several certifications that underscore his commitment to safety and project excellence, including the OSHA 10-Hour certification from ClickSafety in 2023 and the Project Management Professional certification.
Mr. Jordan attributes his achievements to determination, grit and hard work while emphasizing the importance of maintaining balance between diligence and recreation. He believes that flexibility and optimism open doors for leadership opportunities across various fields.
Likewise, Mr. Jordan’s civic involvement is extensive. He served as sports coordinator at Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2018 and thrived as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2013 to 2015. Earlier community service to his credit includes his time as a camp counselor in training with Scouting America from 2008 to 2010. Among his recognitions are the Eagle Scout Award from the Boy Scouts of America in 2011 and being acknowledged as an All-State Wrestler by the Idaho High School Activities Association in 2009.
