A career journey marked by significant milestones, Mr. Rogers previously served as the director of advisory and delivery at Astrica from 2023 to 2024. His tenure at Ashling Partners, a professional services & technology firm based in Chicago, included progressing from senior business analyst to senior consultant and manager before assuming the role of advisor and director.

Mr. Rogers’ earlier career included pivotal roles at Mercy in Missouri, one of the 15 largest health systems in the United States, where he spent 2011 to 2019 in various positions. Hired as a business analyst, he became the director of integration in 2015, where he remained for the duration of his career with the organization.

Mr. Rogers began his professional journey as a department manager at Lowe’s Companies Inc. in Vancouver from 2006 to 2007. He then worked as an engineering service manager at Daimler Truck North America LLC in Portland between 2008 and 2009 and as a medical equipment technician at Adecco in Springfield from 2010 to 2011.

Academically, Mr. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in management from Concordia University in Portland, completed in 2008, and a Master of Business Administration in health care management from Western Governors University, earned in 2015. His thirst for knowledge is further evidenced by numerous credentials, such as the RPA business analyst foundation for UiPath Partners, the presales foundation for UiPath Partners, and the sales foundation for UiPath Partners. Mr. Rogers also received certification in data modeling/warehousing and database administration from the University of Washington, as a Lean Six Sigma green belt, as a certified revenue cycle representative and as a certified project management professional.

Beyond his formal education and certifications, Mr. Rogers is active in industry-related organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Project Management Institute Inc.

Mr. Rogers’ military service as a non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Army from 1994 to 2005 laid a strong foundation for his leadership skills and dedication. His commitment extends to his membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Moreover, Mr. Rogers is actively involved with The Honorable Order of Saint Barbara.

In light of his hard work and dedication, Mr. Rogers has been recognized with several awards, including the Saint Barbara Medal from the Air Defense Artillery Association in 2016 and multiple commendations from the U.S. Army. He attributes much of his success to his wife, who inspired him to pursue academic excellence. Looking ahead, Mr. Rogers aims to expand FourPoints Health’s influence within the health care automation industry while developing innovative processes that can be patented for customized solutions ready for implementation.
