Ms. Reitan has built a distinguished career in finance transformation, shared services leadership, and operational consulting. Since 2023, she has served as managing director at CX, a Connor Group Company, a premier professional services firm that brings together top-tier public accounting alumni and industry professionals to support leading organizations. In this role, she supports the Fractional CFO practice and leads the Shared Services finance model and partners with organizations to strengthen accounting operations, optimize financial processes, and implement scalable operating models that support sustainable growth. She has played a key role in building the firm’s shared services initiative from the ground up, helping organizations improve finance operations through process standardization, operational transformation, and offshore integration strategies.
Prior to joining CX, Ms. Reitan served as senior vice president of finance shared services at Aimbridge Hospitality from 2022 to 2023 after previously serving as vice president of finance shared services beginning in 2021. During her tenure, she led strategic shared services initiatives focused on operational scalability, process improvement, and organizational efficiency within a rapidly growing environment.
From 2020 to 2021, Ms. Reitan served as senior director of shared services at Core-Mark International, where she oversaw multiple finance and customer service functions supporting more than 40,000 customers across 30 divisions. She led a team of more than 150 professionals and drove transformation initiatives that delivered more than $20 million in organizational impact, including approximately $2 million in annual cost savings through operational improvements and centralization efforts.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Reitan served as senior client partner for digital operations and platforms at Wipro Ltd., a global technology services and consulting company in India, from 2019 to 2020, where she partnered with enterprise clients on operational transformation and performance improvement initiatives. She also held leadership roles at SuperValu (now UNFI) between 2014 and 2019, including senior director of finance and shared services leader. During this time, she played a significant role in developing scalable global shared services operating models and successfully led the relocation of the shared services organization from Idaho to Minnesota while coordinating offshore teams and supporting enterprise merger and acquisition integration initiatives.
Before joining SuperValu, Ms. Reitan spent more than a decade with Best Buy in finance operations, post-audit leadership, and enterprise customer care transformation roles. As senior program manager for enterprise customer care planning and projects, she led initiatives that resulted in more than $20 million in cost savings and improved operational performance metrics across the organization. Ms. Reitan began her professional career with National Car Rental, where she spent more than 10 years developing her expertise in finance operations and organizational leadership.
In preparation for her future, Ms. Reitan earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in finance and accounting from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She further honed her skills with master’s certificates in project management from both the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, and Villanova University. These academic achievements have been instrumental in Ms. Reitan’s ability to develop global shared service models tailored to diverse business needs.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Reitan remains actively involved in organizations that support leadership development and women executives. She is an executive member of Wednesday Women, a member of CHIEF, and participates in Master Networks. She has also dedicated nearly a decade to nonprofit board service and community involvement initiatives focused on supporting women and future leaders. Her involvement with these groups reflects her commitment to fostering professional networks and supporting women in leadership roles.
Ms. Reitan was recognized with the Top Women in Grocery Award by SuperValu (now UNFI) in 2016 for her outstanding contributions. She was also named among the 50 Women to KNOW in Texas. Ms. Reitan attributes her success to the mentorship she received early in her career while working for SuperValu and Best Buy, helped shape her leadership philosophy centered on operational excellence, accountability, and people development. These experiences reinforced her commitment to mentoring and developing future leaders. Her approach today continues to emphasize delivering a high-end experience for clients while ensuring deep engagement throughout transformation processes.
