Ms. Lupton is also responsible for ensuring reliable internet connectivity by maintaining and troubleshooting telecom systems.
Ms. Lupton’s expertise in office operations and administration, billing and invoicing, field operations, fiber network mapping interpretation, cross-functional coordination and telecommunications project support has been instrumental in driving the company’s continued success. Before being named president, she worked alongside her late husband, John Oliveira, at Capstone Alliance Inc. beginning in 2015. During this period, she was deeply involved in the company’s internal operations, handling billing, invoicing, collections, banking and human resources. Ms. Lupton’s comprehensive understanding of office management was complemented by hands-on field training provided by her husband, which enabled her to appreciate the technical aspects of the business and foster respect for the team members’ roles.
