This success is supported by a dedicated workforce of 40 field employees and six office staff.
Throughout his career, Mr. Leith has demonstrated expertise in commercial roofing, managing large-scale projects for schools, colleges, prisons and other government facilities while also handling select residential assignments. He is responsible for executing strategic project bidding and acquisition, coordinating the mobilization and deployment of field crews, performing rigorous daily oversight of active job sites and analyzing weekly work in progress reports from his site foreman to ensure operational quality. Projects include both roofing repair and new roof installations, with every roof accompanied by a roof warranty and installed by a team of skilled employees that undergo intensive safety training, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration training, refresher training and more, to ensure peace of mind.
A hallmark achievement for Mr. Leith has been his ability to foster a culture of stability and loyalty within his organization. He takes particular pride in retaining key personnel for decades, with many employees remaining with the company for 20 years or more. Several supervisors have even retired comfortably at a young age, a testament to the supportive environment Mr. Leith has cultivated. This enduring team dynamic stands as one of his most significant professional accomplishments.
Mr. Leith’s academic foundation includes earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain in 1970. His commitment to excellence is further reflected in his long-standing membership with the National Roofing Contractors Association.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Leith is civically engaged as a donor to several organizations, including the Connecticut Humane Society in Newington, Newington Parks and Recreation and local food banks.
